Ingredients
· 1 cup almond flour
· 1 cup paleo flour
· 1 tsp baking soda
· 2 tsp baking powder
· 4 eggs
· ½ cup honey + a little extra for drizzling
· ½ cup apple sauce
· ¼ cup slivered almonds
Directions
· Spray loaf/cake pan well and add parchment
· In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients (except slivered almonds) and then stir in wet ingredients
· Bake for 40 minutes
· Once completely cooled, add a drizzle of extra honey and slivered almonds on top
