Ingredients

·  5 eggs

·  3 tbsp. coconut oil

·  1 tbsp. maple syrup

·  1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

·  1.5 cups almond flour or almond meal (if you use almond meal it will be a darker bread)

·  2 tbsp. coconut flour

·  ¼ cup ground flax

·  1 tsp baking soda

·  Pinch of sea salt

Directions

·  Preheat oven to 350 F

·  Spray loaf pan well and then add parchment paper on top

·  In a food processor, add eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar

·  Mix until combined

·  Then add in almond flour, coconut flour, ground flax, baking soda and sea salt

·  Once combined, pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes

· Transfer to cooling rack
