Vanilla & Chocolate Frosted Donuts

Ingredients

·  2 eggs

·  ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

·  ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar

·  2 tbsp. avocado oil/grapeseed oil

·  ¼ cup maple syrup

·  1 cup paleo flour

·  ½ tbsp. coconut flour

·  ¼ tsp psyllium husk

·  1 tsp cinnamon

·  1.5 tsp baking powder

· ½ tsp baking soda

Directions

·  Preheat oven to 350 F

·  Spray mini donut moulds

·  In a large bowl, mix together all wet ingredients

·  In a medium bowl, mix together all dry ingredients

·  Slowly add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until combined

·  Transfer to 12 donut pans (filling ½ full)

·  Bake for 14 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack to cool until you put on toppings

 

Vanilla glaze:

·  Spread simple mills vanilla or chocolate frosting on donuts

· Add organic sprinkles (Let’s do organic brand)
